Within India, we had over 26 States or Territories represented. Most Decoders who gave their location came from Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh, Karnataka and Maharashtra.

The Decoders decoded in languages including English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil and Telegu. Many Hindi tweets were in combination with English - in Hinglish.

Amnesty Decoders: Strike Tracker is complete! Thanks to the efforts of our Decoders community, we have a vital dataset of the timeline of destruction in Raqqa during the US-led Coalition strike campaign in 2017. This will help us show the extent of the damage and seek reparations for victims and families.

Decode The Difference Results
More than 6,000 volunteers from over 100 countries took part in comparing recent satellite images of villages in Darfur with older ones to determine where damage had occurred in the last two years. Thanks to the incredible effort of our Decoder volunteers, we were able to 326,000 square kilometers in Darfur.
